We want you to be fully satisfied with your KEEN gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. If your new footwear doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we make the return process simple and hassle-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Return Center and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the unworn footwear in its original box, secure it in a shipping mailer, and attach the prepaid label before dropping it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
